MEET KELLY – FOUNDER OF TOMAS TALENT GROUP

Kelly brings nearly 20 years of experience in Human Resources leadership, a consultative approach and extensive executive coaching experience. She specializes in partnering with organizations and leaders through periods of growth, rightsizing, transformation, and strategic evolution. She’s led high-performing teams across various industries, guiding them through complex change while aligning people strategies with business goals.

As a trusted coach to executives, senior leaders, and individuals at various life and career stages, Kelly is known for her ability to quickly connect, listen and unpack concerns, and adapt her approach to meet each client where they are. Her towering strength lies in understanding diverse perspectives and communication styles, allowing her to deliver coaching that is both impactful and tailored to the unique needs of every client. Kelly is known for her ability to establish trust quickly with her clients allowing their experience with her to accelerate their growth and development.
